We provide ongoing operational and technical support to customers. Using our experience of designing, building, operating and maintaining equipment and plant and terminals all over the world we can provide comprehensive support, remotely or onsite as required.
We have developed our own set of Key Performance Indicators that allow operations to directly compare themselves anonymously with similar terminals and operations. This is an area that operations all over the world have been working hard to try to solve but we have achieved it!
To complement our Procurement work we can also manufacture equipment. When we can’t find something to do what is needed we develop and manufacture our own specialist equipment.
